OK, so this one’s a little unfair. After all, Arnie’s the only celeb who gets to set environmental policy for an entire state.

 

But to us he’ll always be a movie star before a politician. So -- can any of the other stars of Total Recall say they have passed two bills designed to cut California’s greenhouse gases to 80 per cent less than they were in 1980?

 

Thought not.
